By using VideoFaceSwap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
VideoFaceSwap provides an AI-powered video face swapping tool. Users can upload videos and face photos to generate face-swapped videos.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use VideoFaceSwap to:
- Create non-consensual deepfake content
- Impersonate others for fraud or deception
- Create content that harasses, threatens, or harms others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Create content involving minors
4. Account and Usage
- You must create an account to use the service
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Free accounts are limited to 20 seconds of video per day
- Paid subscriptions (Basic: 10 min/month, Pro: 33 min/month) renew automatically unless cancelled
- Extra usage beyond your plan is billed at $0.10 per second
5. Subscription and Refund Policy
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through your Dashboard
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10% of your monthly quota

6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your uploaded content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the videos and photos you upload.
7. Limitation of Liability
VideoFaceSwap is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
